Adjustments for quality Quarantine Sleeping

Bills, Bills Bills...I can't pay my bills!  Stressing about being in lockdown due to Corona Virus? Trying to prevent catching the virus? The kids are whining about attending school or just go anywhere-without mask? In addition to that stress, your significant other is stressing you about cooking, cleaning, working, having sex, etc  Overall, you are feeling quite overwhelmed. 
Trying to get a good night's rest with all this chaos is nearly impossible.  Or is it?

Let me just say that you should prepare for sleep early in the morning.  If you typically begin your day with a cup or two of coffee, you might want to rethink drinking it.  Sometimes, coffee or any beverages with caffeine as an ingredient, gives you the boost you need in day, but can prevent you from falling asleep in the evening.  So you might try to sip some decaf coffee or tea without caffeine to see if it helps you go to sleep at bedtime.

It might be a good idea to exercise in the morning as well.  Simply walking or any form of exercise can help you sleep like a baby at night.  The tension that you feel can easily be swept away during exercise.

Before bedtime, listen to relaxing ASMR sounds or soft music to help you relax.  Let me suggest
